365 {2.17.11}

Tried my hand at some potato soup for dinner~I did lighten it up a bit to fit into my WW plan (I used skim milk, less butter, and low fat sour cream/cheese)~so good, especially with all the toppings (chives/sour cream/bacon bits/cheese)!! A big bowl of yumminess!!
