365 {5.2.11}

Some (MOST) Mondays I am tired when I get home from work!!! It is hard getting back into the swing of things after the weekend, LOL!!!

Of course the dishwasher is always full of clean dishes on Monday too, LOL!!~so this is what my sink looked like today, full of our coffee cups, water bottles, dirty dishes and recycling

I usually plan something easy for dinner on Monday nights~so glad I had this meal planned~cause it came together in about 15 min (just add some french bread or rolls)!! It was yummy too (always a bonus!!).

    that looks yum! What is it? Recipe please! PS I made the Pioneer woman recipe you had a while back, the Sour Cream Noodle Bake. Super yummy!
